According to the study the staff has an important role in creating the genuine and original atmosphere of a rock restaurant. A credible and unique high-quality image is a guarantee for the success of a rock venue. Based on the findings it can be stated that being a rock restaurant entrepreneur is doing business as a way of life based on a hobby. The results of this project help the restaurant entrepreneurs to form a more comprehensive understanding of their branch. Currently live performances begin too late in the night, an issue which is to be changed. Further research could be conducted on the starting times of live performances and their changes in 2007.
