The title of the thesis is: A digital marketing plan for a B2B company. Case: Carlo Casagrande & Co Oy. Digital marketing becomes more and more important and trendy all the time for a big branch of companies in different sectors. Therefor it is important for companies to keep on track and don’t remain behind competitors. The best would be to stay ahead of them. Digital marketing includes all communication of a business on a digital platform. Nowadays, there are a lot of digital marketing channels but some of the most popular are social media, email- and website marketing. It is usually challenging for a firm to identify which marketing activities they should focus on in order to achieve maximum success. This is the reason why a company should create a marketing plan. Carlo Casagrande & Co Oy has a need of improving their marketing and therefor the aim of this thesis is to create a digital marketing plan is for them. A suitable plan for the firm is created by using previous theories, action research and in-depth interviewing as the main research methods and the results. The method is qualitative, and the researcher works in this company herself. The aim will be achieved with the support of three research questions. Using the theory, methodology and results of this study, a functioning and suitable digital marketing plan for the company is being created. This plan will help Carlo Casagrande & Co Oy to achieve their strategic goals in digital marketing.
