Tiivistelmä
The psychodynamic approach to leadership is a concept based on the traditional psychoanalytic studies and concepts of Sigmund Freud (the father of psychoanalysis). The concept advocates that, in order for companies/teams to achieve maximum effectiveness, this leaders need to have the right psychodynamic approach to their followers and thus the goals will be achieved.
