This Bachelor’s thesis has been done in collaboration with Wärtsilä Marine Power at engine laboratory located in Vaskiluoto, Vaasa from autumn 2020 to spring 2021.
The purpose of this thesis was to investigate the possibility to create a test sequence to automate test processes.
Methods used to achieve the goal have been through learning the test program Autorun with training and testing the program, also consulting experienced professionals in this field.
The result of this thesis is a built test sequence that runs a Voltage Sweep Test, providing relevant information of the possibilities with the program in the future when more of the test processes will be automated.
