    Abstract

With the continued development of ICT in our society and unexpected social situations such as the Corona 19 outbreak, the use of digital technology for education has increased even more in our society. Adaptation to such a situation varies greatly among people depending on the level of ability to use digital technology. The level of ability to use digital technology is considered to be an important factor that influences the utilization of digital technology. In the past, it was recognized that the level of ability to use digital technology was determined by demographic factors such as age and gender, but in recent studies, the level of digital literacy, the ability to use digital technology as well as demographic factors, has become important. In particular, despite the development of ICT technology in Korea compared to other countries, there is insufficient research on what factors influence the use of ICT technology in learning. Accordingly, in this study, in order to compare the situation of Korea with other countries, by analysing the contents of a survey of people in their 20s and 30s in Finland and Korea, we examine the factors that influence the intention to use digital technology for learning. It is intended to provide a deeper understanding of the intention to use fur technology.
