This second edition of Local Decision Making I -book tells us five different studies of the municipalities in Europe. These studies grown up from different viewpoints. The articles in this book are based on the course, which we had in Rotterdam, Netherland 2012. It is interesting to notice how timely are the articles of this book, for example how to face extremist groups on the level of the municipal work.
