The punctuation of the script (Gothica textualis rotunda Italiea) is grammatically modern, thus the age of the Ms. can be younger. Ae and oe are indicated by e caudata (an influence of humanistic Latin). Proper names are written in small opening letter, however. Quadratic notation on a red four-line staff (23-23.5 mm, ruled with a rastrum), custos, linea, cephalicus. Melodic incipits are indicated by duplex lineae.
ANTIPHONARIUM. On the basis of script and notation the fragment originates in Italy, great responsories suggest a monastic tradition. F. un. [Dominica IV quadragesimae] beginning euni dominus of the resp. at matins, [Spleudida facta] V Cumque descendisset, and ending in the next chant, resp. Ecce mitto V Israel, only the catchword is missing, "S" The surviving text of the resp. which begins the fragment reads: earn dominus. Videtites seniorns claritatem iiuhits cuts ammirantes timuerunt ualde. I 'Cumque descendisset de montesynayportabat duos tabulas testimony ignorans quod cornuta esset fades cius ex consortio sermonis dei Cf Hesbert 1970 No. 7695.
