Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on selvittää, millaisia digitaalisia verkkoperehdytysjärjestelmiä on olemassa ja miten järjestelmiä voisi niitä hyödyntää toimeksiantajaorganisaatiossa. Tuotos on nimeltään Perehdytyksen digimallit.
Toimeksiantajan HR-asiantuntijoille tehdyn kyselyn perusteella digitaaliselle verkkoperehdytysjärjestelmälle on tarvetta. The aim of this thesis is to find out what kinds of digital orientation systems exist and how the systems could be utilized in the client organization. The report is called Digital models for orientation.
This thesis used both qualitative and quantitative research methods. I conducted a qualitative survey as a questionnaire survey. I processed the results with SPSS. The aim of the survey was to find out the current state of orientation and what kinds of needs there are for the future among HR experts at the commissioner. The aim of the quantitative research was to find out what kind of online orientation systems exist and how the systems could be helpful for the client.
The research questions in this thesis were the following: what kind of digital models of orientation exist and what kind of needs does the client have if they choose digital orientation?
Two Finnish online orientation systems were selected for the thesis. Both of the systems offered fairly similar services, and they were easily customized to the needs of the customer organization and easy to use. The difference in the products from the user's point of view was that one of them focused on going through the orientation process and reminding the employer and employee, for example, about the scheduling of the process, while the other system was more based on training and course performances.
Based on a survey of the client's HR experts, there is a need for a digital orientation system. The main benefits were that the orientation would become more systematic, more equitable and the progress could be monitored. The orientation material can be found in one place, and it is possible to modify it according to different job descriptions and units without compromising on quality and common guidelines.
