Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kuvata kuntoutujien kokemuksia Keski-Uudenmaan sote-kuntayhtymän (Keusote) päihdekuntoutuspiste Toiwon kuntoutuksesta. Toiwo on elokuussa 2019 toimintansa aloittanut arkisin kymmenelle kuntoutujalle avokuntoutusta tuottava päihdehuollon palvelu. Keusote tarvitsi tietoa uuden palvelun toiminnasta ja vaikutuksista kuntoutujien elämään. Opinnäytetyössä hyödynnettiin Toiwossa käyttöön otettua Webropol- asiakaspalautekyselyä, jonka tulokset esitetään osana opinnäytetyötä. Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin tutkimuksellisena kehittämishankkeena, jonka puitteissa järjestettiin kuntoutujille kaksi työpajaa. Kyselyn ja työpajan kautta saatujen vastausten perusteella mallinnettiin Toiwon arviointiprosessia ja arviointimalli syntyi opinnäytteen tuotoksena.
Kuntoutujien tuottamien vastausten perusteella voidaan todeta Toiwon toteuttaneen perustehtäväänsä suunnitelman mukaisesti ja päässeen asetettuihin tavoitteisiin. Kuntoutujat kokevat palvelun omaa muutostaan tukevana. The aim of the thesis was to describe the rehabilitators' experiences about Toiwo- the outpatient rehabilitation for substance abuse of the Joint Municipal Authority for Social and Healthcare in Central Uusimaa (Keusote). Toiwo was founded in August 2019 as a new service model and it provides outpatient rehabilitation for ten rehabilitators on weekdays. Keusote needed information about the operation of the new service and its impacts. The Webropol customer feedback survey is used at Toiwo and the results of first six months are presented as part of the thesis. The thesis was carried out as a research development project and within the framework of which two workshops were organized for rehabilitators.
Based on the survey and the responses received through the workshops, Toiwo’s evaluation process was modeled and the evaluation model emerged as the output of the thesis. Based on the responses provided by the rehabilitators, it can be stated that Toiwo has fulfilled its basic mission according to plan and achieved the set goals. Rehabilitators find the service supportive of their own change. It should be noted that the questionnaire was answered by different rehabilitators than those who participated in the workshops. However, the answers are very much in line with each other. All in all, the thesis shows that there is a real need for a service like Toiwo in today 's field of substance abuse treatment, and from the customer' s point of view, Toiwo provides a good supply for change and the effects are visible in the daily lives of rehabilitators.
