The development of a company consists of many factors,the most important arguably being the human factor, or human capital. The subject was chosen because understanding where and how you can incest in human capital at your company can turn your business into a success.
If the employees at your company know to do their job well, you can have much success. Because of globalization and challenges, the employees at a company nowadays need to know how to handle multiple tasks, unlike the early days, when only one task would be enough. In this thesis, an attempt is made to explain how the systems work and how a company should conduct their selection of new managers and new employees. Following the company case study Terraverde, analyzing their process of recruitment and selection, the company's manager was interviewed, tracking the company's economic and staff indicator.
After reading this thesis, the reader will have a different understanding of the traditional and the modern way of taking care of employees and hiring new staff.
