Tiivistelmä
The supply chain is responsible for the complete processing of the product throughout the entire logistics chain. Its integral element is warehouse processing, which is associated with the need for proper planning of cargo storage at the stages between the transportation of products from the manufacturer to the final consumer. Considering the supply chain in the context of transportation by water, we can see that an important element of it is the seaport. The purpose of the research is development of practically applicable solution for the application of automation warehouse planning processes at the seaport. The study was carried out on the basis of Reengineering and features of automation of warehouse logistics processes with comparative analysis, analogy method, modeling, business process modeling as research methods.
