Tiivistelmä
Diplomityössä kehitettiin menetelmiä teollisuusprosessien signaalien automaattiseen havainnointiin ja luotiin työkalu tulosten esittämiseen. Työn tarkoituksena on nopeuttaa ja helpottaa prosessin ongelmien ratkaisua luokittelemalla signaalit matemaattisten menetelmien avulla. Koska prosessin mittaussignaalit ovat pääasiassa stokastisia, eli niitä ei voida etukäteen ennustaa, käsitellään signaaleita tilastomatemaattisin keinoin. Työstä rajattiin mittaushistorian käyttö, joten värähtelyiden tunnistus toteutettiin taajuusanalyysin avulla. Korrelaation avulla löydetään samankaltaiset signaalit. Testeissä todettiin, että työssä kehitetyt havainnoinnit toimivat eri näytteenottotaajuuksilla ja työkalun suoritusnopeus todettiin hyväksi. Lopuksi esiteltiin todellinen teollisuusprosessin ongelma ja siihen mahdollisia ratkaisuja. This master’s thesis presents the methods developed for the automatic observation of signals in industrial processes. A tool was created to report the observation results. The purpose of this study is to make the solving of problems in the process quicker and easier by categorizing the signals with various mathematical methods. Process signals are handled by statistical mathematic means due to their mainly stochastic, randomly determined nature. The use of measurement history was excluded from this research. Therefore the detection of vibrations was carried out with frequency analysis. Corresponding signals are found by means of the correlation method. The methods of observation developed during this research function on different sampling frequencies and the performance speed of the tool proved to be viable. The final part of this study presents the true problem in the industrial process as well as possible solutions.
