The Semfinlex corpora published in the Language Bank of Finland is based on the open data made available by the Semantic Finlex project (https://data.finlex.fi/en/project). The resource comprises original statutes of the Parliament of Finland, decisions by the Finnish Supreme Court and Supreme Administrative Court in Finnish and in Swedish, and also a Finnish-Swedish parallel corpus of the original statutes from various periods of time. The data is published as various subcorpora as listed on the info-page of the resource: www.kielipankki.fi/corpora/semfinlex. They are available through the Korp interface korp.csc.fi and (with the exception of the parallel corpus) also in the download service korp.csc.fi/download.

This subcorpus comprises Finnish Supreme Court (KKO) decisions from 1980-2018 and Supreme Administrative Court (KHO) decisions from 1987-2018. The decisions are in Finnish. The decisions are available in the Korp interface korp.csc.fi.

KKO decisions: 5651. KHO decisions: 7633. For some decisions, the language used in court has been Swedish; in that case the Finnish version contains just an abstract.

NB! 2019-09-13 Discrepancies in dependency parses of the Finnish data: The dependency parses and relations differ significantly from the parses in other corpora parsed earlier with the same parser. We are investigating the issue.

Kielipankin Semfinlex-aineisto pohjautuu Semanttinen Finlex -hankkeen (https://data.finlex.fi/fi/projekti) julkaisemiin avoimen datan aineistoihin. Aineisto sisältää eduskunnan alkuperäissäädöksiä, korkeimman oikeuden ja korkeimman hallinto-oikeuden päätöksiä suomeksi ja ruotsiksi eri ajanjaksoilta sekä alkuperäissäädösten suomi-ruotsi-rinnakkaiskorpuksen. Aineisto on jaettu osakorpuksiin, jotka on lueteltu sen tietosivulla www.kielipankki.fi/aineistot/semfinlex. Osakorpukset ovat käytettävissä Korp-konkordanssityökalussa korp.csc.fi ja rinnakkaiskorpusta lukuunottamatta ne ovat myös ladattavissa Kielipankin latauspalvelussa korp.csc.fi/download.

Tämä osakorpus sisältää Korkeimman oikeuden (KKO) päätöksiä vuosilta 1980-2018 ja Korkeimman hallinto-oikeuden (KHO) päätöksiä vuosilta 1987-2018. Päätökset ovat suomeksi. Päätökset ovat tarjolla Korp-palvelussa korp.csc.fi

KKO:n päätöksiä on 5651 ja KHO:n 7633. Joissain päätöksissä oikeudenkäynnin kieli on ollut ruotsi; tällöin suomenkielinen versio sisältää pelkän tiivistelmän.
