The purpose of this Bachelor's Thesis was to collect a test folder consisting of working order testsfor the use of Peurunka. The folder contains three different test unities from which the tester can choose the most suitable tests individually for every person taking the test. Peurunka will take advantage of the folder in rehabilitation, mostly in order to test rehabilitation clients that are away from working life and areunder 65 years old. The definitions of physical condition and working order are focused on the theory part of this Bachelor's Thesis. The theory part also comprises the principles of testing. The reliability and the validity of the chosen tests - as well as the applicability of the tests for the purposes of Peurunka after six months of test use - are explored. Peurunka needed tests for testing the working order of people aged between 55 and 70. Until this folder was collected, there weren't any tests available with statistics for this particular age group. Peurunka has been using the tests of Invalidisäätiö and TOIMIVA-tests, but there aren't statistics for people aged from 55 to 70 in these tests. The new tests that were collected take place in the middle of these two test unities in the test folder. The most burdensome tests of these three are the tests of Invalidisäätiö that are used to test 35 - 55 year-old people. Less burdensome is the unity of the new tests, which is called 'the test unity for people of advanced age' in Peurunka. The least burdensome tests are the TOIMIVA-tests for people over 70 years old. Because the groups that are tested in Peurunka are rarely homogenous, it is important that the tester can choose the right tests for every person. By doing this the tester gets important information about persons' working order and can make an individual plan for each and every rehabilitation client. That's why the unities were collected to the shape of a folder. The folder contains test instructions, statistics and result forms.
