Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli esitellä opinnäytetyön liitteenä oleva Puhtauspalvelualan kehittämisohjelma Keski-Suomeen 2002 - 2010 -raportti, kuvata kuinka Puhtauspalvelualan kehittämisohjelma Keski-Suomeen 2002 - 2010 -raportti valmistui, pohtia kehittämisohjelman laadintaa toteutetun prosessin näkökulmasta sekä esittää ajatuksia ja esimerkkejä puhtauspalvelualan yhteistyön ja verkottumisen lisäämiseksi. Puhtauspalvelualan kehittämisohjelma Keski-Suomeen 2002 -2010 -raportti laadittiin Puhtaus osana laatutoimintaa -hankkeessa ja sitä seuranneessa jatkohankkeessa, jossa Tarja Ala-Ilomäki toimi projektityöntekijänä. Hanke oli osa Jyväskylän aikuisopiston hallinnoimaa PuhtausPalvelut Puhuttavat - hankekokonaisuutta, jonka toiminta-ajatuksena oli edistää puhtauspalvelualan yhteistyötä, osaamista ja kehittymistä Keski-Suomessa. Tavoitteidensa toteuttamiseksi hanke järjesti alantoimijoille kumppanuutta, asiakaslähtöisyyttä ja markkinointia tukevia koulutustilaisuuksia, keskustelutilaisuuksia, kohderyhmävierailuja ja opintomatkoja. Projektin toimintaan osallistui maakunnan alueelta yhteensä 153 kohderyhmään kuuluvaa henkilöä 23 yrityksestä ja 15 kunnasta. Lisäksi toimintaan osallistui kuuden eri koulutusorganisaation kouluttajia. Keski-Suomen puhtauspalvelualan kehittämisohjelma antaa tietoa puhtauspalvelualan toimintaympäristöstä Suomessa, puhtauspalvelualan toimintaympäristöstä Keski-Suomessa, puhtauspalvelualan kehittymismahdollisuuksista Keski-Suomessa sekä esittää Keski-Suomen puhtauspalvelualalle vision ja käytännön toteuttamisehdotuksia vision toteutumiseksi. Tämä opinnäytetyö liitteineen toimii tietolähteenä ja orientaationa puhtauspalvelualan opiskelijoille tai henkilöille, jotka tarvitsevat tietoa puhtauspalvelualasta nyt ja tulevaisuudessa. Toivoisin sen myös aktivoivan alan toimijoita työskentelemään kehittämisohjelmassa luotujen visioiden saavuttamiseksi. Opinnäytetyössä esitetään ehdotuksia ja esimerkkejä verkottumisen ja yhteistyön kehittämiseksi puhtauspalvelualalla Keski-Suomessa. The purpose of this thesis was to present the enclosed report, Programme for the development of the cleaning services industry in Central Finland between 2002 and 2010, describinghow the report was prepared and evaluating the creation of the development programme from the point of view of the implemented process. Another aim was to suggest ideas and examples for increasing the co-operation and networking within the cleaning services industry. The report, Programme for the development of the cleaning services industry in Central Finland between 2002 and 2010, was prepared during the project 'Cleanliness as part of quality assurance activities' and an ensuing project extension, in which Tarja Ala -Ilomäki was employed as a project worker. This project was a part of a larger project entity called CleaningServices Talks, administered by the Jyväskylä Institute of Adult Education, in which the purpose was to advance the co-operation, knowhow and development of the cleaning services industry in Central Finland. To meet the project targets, training and discussion events, target group visits and study trips were arranged for those working in the industry for supporting partnership, customer orientation and marketing. Within the province of Central Finland, a total of 153 persons from 23 companies and 15 municipalities participated in the various project activities. In addition, the project employed trainers from six training organizations. The programme for the development of the cleaning services industry in Central Finland provides information on the operative environment of this field of industry in Finland and in Central Finland as well as on the development possibilities of the industry in Central Finland providing a vision and suggestions for its implementation for the cleaning services industry in Central Finland. This thesis including the enclosures functions as a source of information and an aid for orientation for the students of the cleaning services industry or for persons requiring informationon this field of industry today and in the future. Hopefully it would also encourage the persons employedin the cleaning services industry to work towards achieving the visions created in the development programme. This thesis provides suggestions and examples for the development of networking and co-operation in the cleaning services industry in Central Finland.
