The results showed that the change process in the client company had gone well so far. The bookkeepers had received a good enough justification for the change and were in favor of the process. The communication regarding the change started in time and was found to be enough. The change process is still underway, but long planning has been prepared for it which has allowed the implementation phase to start without major problems.
