Tiivistelmä
The goal of the research paper is to complete a requested task from the managers of the case company X. The issues covered in the paper are related to turnover of the administrative staff, retention of the employees and the recruitment process. The aim of the research is to answer questions about the improvement of the company’s processes related to the human resource management.
The structure of the thesis is the following:
1) Introduction,
2) Theoretical aspects of the stated issues,
3) Methodology,
4) Results of the empirical data collection,
5) Suggestions on the improvements of the situation for the given period of time.
The methodology for collecting the primary data is questionnaires, personal interviews; the secondary data has been researched through the special literature and other sources.
The results of the research include the description of the employees’ experiences, suggestions and desires. In addition, the results contain possible solutions for improving the company’s retention rate and recruitment processes.
