Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoitus on parantaa työntekijöiden työergonomiaa painavien kuormankytkimien nostamisessa sekä nopeuttaa että helpottaa tuotannon kulkua. Tavoitteena on saada automatisoitu kuljetin ja rullarata vanhan manuaalisen rullaradan tilalle. Lisäksi tavoitteena on helpottaa robotin ohjausta vikatilanteissa ohjauspaneelin kautta.
The purpose of this thesis is to improve the work ergonomics of employees in lifting heavy load switches, both speed up and facilitate the flow of production. The goal is to have an automated conveyor and roller conveyor to replace the old manual roller conveyor. In addition, the aim is to facilitate the control of the robot in the event of a fault via the control panel. The work was done for ABB Oy, Smart Power in Vaasa.
Ergonomic standards and guidelines have been utilized in the work. The theory deals with roller conveyor plans, motor control components, circuit diagram and conveyor automation using robot control code. The work includes the design and assembly of the roller conveyor and motor control cabinet, as well as the automation of the conveyor and its connection to the robot program. In addition, a new control window is made in the robots control panel for failure situations in automated testers.
The project produced a new ergonomically improved roller conveyor and an automated conveyor, as well as a new control window for the robot's control panel for fault situations. The project schedule was delayed due to ordering of parts, employee vacations, measurement errors, and changed workplace practices due to the coronavirus pandemic. In the thesis, new things for the author was the mechanical design of the roller conveyor and robotics.
