The objective of the study was to develop a suitable product for Chinese visitors who come to Lakeland area. The work was commissioned by Go-Nordic. The information was gathered from literature sources, the Internet and by interviewing the customers. This study was started on May 20th, 2019. Moreover, the data for this thesis were collected from July 7th to October 5th, 2019.
Authors made the business plan based on the blue ocean mind map and design-customer-services theory. The important elements of blue ocean strategy will be displayed in the theoretical framework part. Authors will apply the knowledge into practice and a business plan which includes brand building and customer servicing design. This thesis will focus on the business plan and how the company develop the customer services. The social media marketing will be described only briefly.
The research was implemented in the case company to get the feedbacks from customers for making the best customer service and proper strategy. The qualitative research method was applied in this case. Based on the results, the future plans and problems were mentioned afterwards in the thesis. The staff would adjust the strategy base on this research.
