Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyö kertoo Dinolift Oy:n henkilönostimien varaosakirjojen tekoprosessista alusta loppuun asti. Varaosakirjat sisältävät kaikista kattavimmin osalistauksen kunkin Dinolift Oy:n henkilönostimen valmistukseen käytetyistä komponenteista. Kirjat jaetaan asiakkaille, josta he näkevät koneen rakenteen ja saavat nimikekoodit varaosatilauksiaan varten. Varaosakirjaa käytetään myös apuna tuotannossa koonnin yhteydessä.
Nykyinen menetelmä varaosakirjan teossa on vanhaan menetelmään verrattuna huomattavasti nopeampaa ja helpompaa. Nykyinen menetelmä on tullut Dinolift Oy:lle käyttöön vuonna 2018. Varaosakirjan tekeminen aloitetaan käymällä läpi suunnittelu puolella SolidWorks ohjelmistolla tehdyt 3D-kokoonpanot, jos kokoonpanoista puuttuu osia, ne käydään selvittämässä tuotannossa. Puuttuvat osat laitetaan kokoonpanoon kiinni, jonka jälkeen kokoonpanosta tehdään räjäytyskuva. Räjäytyskuvan tarkoitus on irroittaa kaikki osat toisistaan, jotta osat olisivat selkeästi näkyvillä.
Valmiin räjäytyskuvan tiedosto muutetaan Microstation -ohjelmalla png-tiedostoksi. Png-tiedosto siirretään makrotoiminnolla Microsoft Wordiin, jossa se tallennetaan pdf-tiedostoksi. Osalistaus tehdään Excelin avulla, johon merkitään manuaalisesti tuoterakenne. Loput tiedot tuodaan Exceliin toiminnanohjausjärjestelmästä. Excel tiedosto tallennetaan pdf-tiedostoksi. Lopuksi molemmat pdf-tiedostot viedään Adobe Acrobat Pro ohjelmaan, jossa tiedostoista tehdään yksi pdf-tiedosto, joka on valmis varaosakirjan sivu.
Dinolift Oy on suunnittelut hankkivansa koostamisohjelman tulevaisuudessa. Koostamisohjelma tekee suoraan piirustuskuvista varaosakirjan sivun pdf-tiedostoksi, joten se helpottaisi ja nopeuttaisi entisestään varaosakirjan tekemistä. This thesis portrays the process of manufacturing spare part books for boom lifts made by Dinolift Oy. Spare part books contain the most comprehensive listing of parts for manufacturing for each boom lift model made by Dinolift Oy. The books are distributed to clients so they can view the structure of the machines and acquire identifying codes for spare part orders. Spare part books are also used for assisting assembly in production.
The current method for producing spare part books is considerably faster and easier when compared to the previous method. The current method was introduced to Dinolift Oy in 2018. The making of the spare part book was started by looking through the 3D assemblies which have been made by the designers with Solidworks. If there happens to be any parts missing from the assembly pictures, a process of investigation has to be conducted in production to clear the matter. The missing parts are then attached to the assembly pictures and an exploded view is formed. The purpose of the exploded view is to present all the parts detached from each other in the way that every part is clearly visible. In the exploded view there is also explosion lines for each part to show from where the part has been detached. Based on the exploded view, blueprints are made with Solidworks, which includes listing and numbering of parts. The purpose of the part lists is to show the names, the codes and the quantity of all the parts. The blueprint and the part list are then merged to one pdf-file, which is then one completed page for the spare part book.
The old method is much more complicated although it shares the same principle as the new method. In the old method the 3D model which is made with Solidworks is transformed into a 2D picture with AutoCad program. The exploded view is formed by bringing all the parts from Solidworks individually to AutoCad where the parts are then arranged separate from each other to form the exploded view. The explosion lines are added manually. The ready explosion view file is then transformed to png file with Microstation program. The png file is then transferred to Microsoft word with macros and then transformed to a pdf file. The part listing is made with Excel and the composition of the product is added manually. The rest of the information is added to Excel via the ERP system. The excel file is then saved as a pdf file. Finally both files are transferred to Adobe Acrobat Pro program and unified into one file, which is then one completed page for the spare part book.
Dinolift Oy is planning to acquire a composing program in the future. Such program transforms the drawings straight to a pdf file, which serves as a ready page for the spare part book. Such program would make it much easier and faster to produce spare part books.
