Tiivistelmä
The bachelor thesis summarized in the following dealt with the topic of optimizing the service process of Company XY. To be able to penetrate this topic better, two papers were written. The first, shorter work, had the purpose of analysing the current service process of Company XY and to identify possible weak points. As a possible optimization of the service process the second thesis, the actual bachelor thesis, dealt with the optimization of a sub-process of the service process.
The topic of the first thesis was: Analysis of the service process of Company XY. The topic of the second thesis, the actual bachelor thesis, was: Automation of the first level support of Company XY.
