Tutkimusosuus tehtiin kvantitatiivisella kyselytutkimuksella Kymenlaakson alueen ensihoitajille. Tutkimuksen kvalitatiivinen osuus kohdennettiin haluttuihin asiakasryhmiin kyselytutkimuksen tulosten perusteella.
Based on the data gathered by the interviews, the customers formed two customer profile groups. The information gained from this study provides an opportunity to design completely new, easy-access and customer-friendly services.
Collected sample was analyzed via service design methods and as a result, three customer profiles were formed, which describe the regular users of the system through the dispatch codes used in this thesis. Customers of the Emergency medical services are very diverse and notification of all special characteristics is extremely challenging. This adds potential of this thesis as it can be used for design of completely new services and protocols and is allocation for majority of customers is possible.
