Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön aihe, lapsiperheiden varhainen tuki, liittyy tiiviisti Naantalin kaupungin perustaman varhaisen tuen tiimin ympärille. Tämän toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tuottaa Naantalin kaupungin lapsiperheiden kehittämistyön tueksi kolme lapsiperheiden varhaisen tuen palveluita esittelevää tuotosta. Tuotosten tarkoituksena on jokaisen omalta osaltaan valottaa lapsiperheille suunnattuja palveluita eri näkökulmista ja eri kohderyhmille.
Opinnäytetyön aihe kohdentuu ensisijaisesti Naantalin varhaisen tuen tiimin esittelyyn tuotosten kautta. Naantalin varhaisen tuen tiimi on osa lapsiperheiden varhaisen tuen kehittämistyötä. Varhaisen tuen tiimin tarkoituksena on tarjota matalan kynnyksen tukea perheille, jossa on alle kouluikäinen lapsi tai lapsia. Työtä tehdään moniammatillisella otteella, perheen tarpeet etusijalla. Varhaisen tuen tiimissä työskentelee neuvolan perheohjaaja, varhaiskasvatuksen perheohjaaja ja lapsiperheiden sosiaalityön kotipalvelutyöntekijä. Varhaisen tuen tiimillä on käytössään myös moniammatillinen konsultaatiotiimi, jossa työskentelee lapsiperhepsykologi, konsultoiva varhaiskasvatuksen erityisopettaja ja vastaava perheohjaaja.
Opinnäytetyön tuotoksena syntyi kaksi Naantalin varhaisen tuen tiimiä esittelevää tuotosta: Perheille jaettava esite ja varhaisen tuen tiimiä esittelevä diaesitys. Esitteen tavoitteena on esitellä varhaisen tuen tiimiä perheille mahdollisimman yksinkertaisessa muodossa. Diaesitys on suunnattu ammattilaisilta ammattilaisille esitettäväksi ja se toimii muokattavana esityspohjana varhaisen tuen tiimin esittelyyn. Hieman varhaisen tuen tiimistä irrallisena, mutta moniammatilliseen varhaiseen tukeen tiiviisti linkittyen, syntyi alle kouluikäisten lasten varhaisen tuen palvelut Naantalissa esittelevä palvelukartta ammattilaisille.
Teoriapohjan rajaus muodostui Naantalin varhaisen tuen tiimin kannalta oleellisimpien teemojen pohjalta. The topic of this thesis, early support for families with children, is closely linked to the team established by the city of Naantali that offers early support. The purpose of this thesis was to produce three progenies that introduce the early childhood support services for families with children in Naantali in order to support the work done in order to develop these early support services. The progenies are meant to shine a light on the service provided for families with children from different perspectives for different target groups.
The subject of the thesis is primarily focused on the presentation of the Early Support Team in Naantali for families with children through the progenies. The purpose of the team is to offer support to families with a child or children under the age of seven. The team operates multiprofessionally with the family’s needs in the forefront. The Early Support Team in Naantali includes the following professionals: family worker for childhood education and care, family worker for the guidance center and a home helper for families with children. The Early Support Team in Naantali also has the possibility to asked for a consultation from the multiprofessional Consultation Team which consist of the following professionals: a family psychologist for families with children, senior family worker and a consulting special education teacher in early childhood education and care.
As a result of the thesis we created two progenies that were focused on the Early Support Team for families with children in Naantali: A brochure about the team for the families and a slideshow about the team for the use of the professionals. The purpose of the broucher is to give families an idea about the function of the Early Support team for families with children in the simplest form possible. The slideshow on the other hand is intended for the use of professionals when they are presenting about the Early Support team for families with children for other professionals and hence serves as a customizable presentation template. Slightly separate from the Early Support team, but still closely linked to multiprofessional work and early support directed at families with children, we created a service map presenting early support services for families with children under the age of seven in Naantali for the professionals. This service map was our third progeny.
We began working on our thesis in the spring of 2019 and it was complete in late 2019. The research method used in the knowledge acquisition was performing focused interviews and literature rewiev was used for the theoretical basis. At the heart of our thesis are the well-being of families with children, multiprofessionalism and early support. The theory base was framed based on the themes most relevant to the Early Support Team for families with children in Naantali.
