Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyössä selvitetään monialaisen yhteistyön tekemisen näkökulmia varhaiskasvatusikäisen huostaanotetun lapsen asioita hoidettaessa. Työssä tarkastellaan lapsen verkostoon kuuluvista henkilöistä varhaiskasvatuksen opettajan, perhehoitajan ja sosiaalityöntekijän rooleja ja tehtäviä sekä monialaisen yhteistyön toimintakäytäntöjä. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on tuoda näkyväksi käytännön työtä tekevien toimijoiden näkemyksiä ja kokemuksia monialaisen yhteistyön tekemiseen liittyen. Nämä tiedot ovat hyödyllisiä jokaiselle monialaiseen työskentelyyn osallistuvalle toimijalle.
Opinnäytetyön tutkimuskysymyksenä on, miten monialainen yhteistyö toteutuu huostassa olevan lapsen varhaiskasvatuksessa. Tutkimuskysymykseen etsitään vastauksia käyttäen yhteisen tutkimisen haastattelumenetelmää, jossa asiantuntijat keskustelevat yhdessä aiheesta. Tutkimusaineisto koostuu yhdestä yhteisen tutkimisen haastattelussa kerätystä materiaalista. Yhteisen tutkimisen haastattelussa keskustelijoina ovat varhaiskasvatuksen opettaja, sosiaalityöntekijä sekä perhehoitajia. Aineisto on analysoitu sisällönanalyysiä käyttäen. Aineiston perusteella monialaisen yhteistyön tekemistä pidetään todella tärkeänä huostassa olevan lapsen asioita hoidettaessa, mutta yhteistyö ei aina toteudu toivotulla tavalla ja sen toimivuuden koetaan olevan osin sattumanvaraista. Vastuu yhteistyön toteutumisesta ohjautuu aineiston perusteella usein perhehoitajalle, vaikka kyseinen vastuu kuuluisi lain mukaan sosiaalityöntekijälle.
Opinnäytetyön orientaatioperustana on monialainen ja moniammatillinen yhteistyö, varhaiskasvatus, sekä huostaanotto ja sijaishuolto lastensuojelun toimialueelta. Moniammatillista yhteistyötä tarkastellaan opinnäytetyössä osa-alueittain, jotka ovat yhteistyön velvoittavuus, yhteistyön merkitys toimijoille, yhteistyön käytännöt ja tiedonkulku sekä yhteistyön kehittäminen. Opinnäytetyössä varhaiskasvatuksen toimintaympäristöksi on valittu päiväkoti ja sijaishuollon toimijoista mukana on perhehoito, mikä perustuu perhehoidon ensisijaisuuteen sijaishuollon järjestämisen tapana.

The thesis explores the perspectives of multidisciplinary cooperation in the care of children taken into custody at an early age. The work examines the roles, responsibilities and practices of teachers of early childhood, foster parents and social workers in multidisciplinary collaboration. The purpose of this thesis is to present the views and experiences of the participants in multidisciplinary collaboration. This information can be useful to any participant in multidisciplinary work.
The research question of this thesis is how multidisciplinary cooperation is realized in early childhood education in the case of custody. We used the joint research interview method to get the answer to the research question includes experts discuss the topic together. The research material consists of material collected during the joint research interview. The interviewees in the joint research interview are the early childhood education teacher, social worker and foster parents. The data has been analyzed using content analysis. Based on the material, multidisciplinary cooperation is considered to be very important in the care of a child in custody, but the cooperation is not always implemented as expected and its functioning is considered to be partly random. The responsibility for cooperation, based on the material, often rests with the foster parents, even though the social worker is legally responsible.
The orientation of the thesis is multidisciplinary and multi-professional cooperation, early childhood education, custody and foster care in the field of child protection. Multidisciplinary cooperation is examined in the thesis by subareas, which are the obligation to cooperate, the importance of cooperation for the actors, the cooperation practices and flow of information and the development of cooperation. In the thesis early childhood education is restricted to the kindergarten as an operating environment and foster care is restricted to family care. This is based on the priority of family care as a way of organizing a service.
