Tiivistelmä
Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee työhyvinvointia erityisesti taidealan ammattilaisen, teatteri-ilmaisun ohjaajan näkökulmasta. Opinnäytetyössä autoetnografinen menetelmä rinnastautuu teoreettisiin lähteisiin. Kirjoittaja avaa omia kokemuksiaan teatteri-ilmaisun ohjaajan työstä ja työuupumuksestaan. Lähdemateriaalina on käytetty muun muassa Työterveyslaitoksen internetsivua ja -julkaisuja, Pia Hounin ja Heli Ansion toimittamaan teosta Taiteilijan työ: Taitelijan hyvinvointi taidetyön muutoksessa sekä Jouni Luukkalan Jaksaa, jaksaa, jaksaa… – työhyvinvointitaitojen kirjaa. Näiden lisäksi kirjoittaja on käyttänyt useita internet-lähteitä.
Opinnäytetyö avaa aluksi työhyvinvoinnin määritelmiä ja työn imu -käsitettä. Seuraavassa osassa tutkielmaa tarkastellaan työuupumusta ja siihen johtavia syitä. Opinnäytetyö luo katsauksen taidealoilla oleviin ongelmakohtiin ja paneutuu tarkastelemaan teatteri-ilmaisun ohjaajan työnkuvan haasteita. Lopuksi tarkastellaan keinoja edesauttaa oman työkyvyn ja hyvinvoinnin ylläpitämistä.
