Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tutkia Amomatic Oy:lle, annosperiaatteella toimivan asfalttiaseman reseptien hallinnan toimintaa ja toteutusmahdollisuuksia. Amomatic Oy valmistaa asfalttiasemia, joita ohjataan Siemens S7-400 -sarjan logiikalla ja ohjelma logiikkaan tehdään PCS7-ohjelmalla. Asfalttiasemaa ohjataan graaffisen käyttöliittymän kautta, asemalla sijaitsevalta tietokoneelta. Asfaltin ominaisuudet muuttuvat suuresti riippuen sekoitettavista aineista ja aineiden suhteista. Tasaisen laadun takaamiseen sekoitussuhteet tulee pitää samoina valmistattessa samaa asfalttia uudestaan.
Kohteen tarpeiden takia saatiin rajattua vaihtoehdot kahteen mahdolliseen toteutukseen.
Tuloksena todettiin että SQL-tietokantaan reseptien tietojen tallennus ja hakeminen on paras vaihtoehto reseptien hallinnan toteutukseen. Parhaassa toteutus mallissa reseptejä ohjataan WinCC ohjelman kautta joka kommunikointi tietokoneella olevaan SQL-tietokannan kanssa. Kommunikointi tietokoneen ja SQL-tietokannan välillä toteutetaan Global Script -ohjelmisto-osiossa kirjoittamalla ohjelman Visual Basic -koodi kielellä. The objective of this thesis was to examine the working principle of an asphalt plan’ts recipe handlings working principle and to find out other ways of accomplishing recipe control. The thesis work was commissioned by Amomatic Oy. The plant works by a batch principle. Amomatic Oy manufactures asphalt plants which are controlled with Siemens S7-400 series logic controller, and the logic controller is programmed with the PCS7 program. The asphalt plant is controlled from a computer with a graphical interface that is in the asphalt plants command container. The features of a asphalt will change significantly depending on the ingredients that are mixed and the factors of the mixed components. In order to guarantee the same quality when producing the same asphalt again the mixing ratios must be kept the same. Depending on the plant the asphalt being produced might change multiple times a day. In order to keep plants production hours up, the down time when changing recipe must kept at a minimum. Recipes must also be saved to guarantee good remanufacturing of asphalt types.
The thesis introduces five ways to control recipes. Because of the requirements of the asphalt plant, only two of the ways would work as the recipe control system in the plant.
The conclusion is that an SQL database for saving and retrieving recipes is the system to make a recipe management system. In the system, the recipes are controlled from a computer with a WinCC graphical interface. WinCC communicates with the SQL database in the same computer with Global Scripts that are programmed with Visual Basic command language.
