The objective of this research was to conduct the best research to define an accurate way of delivering education through the Learning Management System (LMS). The number of objectives and methods to support this particular process was magnificent but the main focus in this research was to identify the potential of using various relevant methods to identify the best LMS.
To succeed in the richness of the targeted goals the research discussed different previous researches that succeeded in the implementation of similar platforms such as MOS and Eurekos. The Author specifically defined the utilization of a suitable Learning Management system as a single case of study. The qualitative data was collected through interviews, questionnaire surveys, and literature reviews. Furthermore, the Learning Management Platform plan was designed to have a better picture of the required platform for the case company. Moreover, the research included the quality evaluation process to define the accurate method of the implementation plan. The evaluation process included use satisfaction measurements and platform quality gap analysis in terms of user interface and security measurements.
The results indicated that the best LMS for Shene Solutions is Moodle. However, to implement it ineffectively the principle of implementation should follow the quality evaluation model as recommended in this research. This will help the case company in terms of identifying suitable required features for the Learning Management Platform. Moreover, During the development process user must be involved to succeed in the implementation of LMS effectively Furthermore, his research provided an implementation roadmap that can help the case company to implement the platform in the way that most successful LMS in the eLearning industry were implemented.
