This thesis gets acquainted with a follow-up questionnaire web course organized by the Parkinson's Disease Association. It's called ”Keys in coping at work”. The course is directed to the working-age people who have Dystonia or MS-disease. The purpose of this thesis is to represent how coming down with Dystonia or MS-disease affects coping at work and what are the benefits of this web course for patients who need support in everyday life. 11 persons who took part in the web course, they all had a follow-up questionnaire about six months after the course. This thesis includes questions from the questionnaire which are useful for research and which respond to the meaning and goal of this thesis. Questions were both essay and multichoice questions. Those were related to the goals of participants and how to reach to those goals, also what kind of methods of coping in everyday life they have had from the web course and what kind of changes they have had in the working and living conditions.

There are many different rehabilitation courses which plays a key role in coping with disorder and having all the information about it. Among the information of the disease, the course provides peer support and resources to cope in everyday life.
The material was received from the project worker of Parkinson’s disease association as an Excel-file. A follow-up questionnaire was used as research method. The essay answers of questionnaire were divided in groups. Answers that deal with the same topic went in to the same group. Multichoice questions were according to classify the answers and were calculate the average. Those were categorized by how many participants expressed the same matter. Getting help with coping at work was mentioned as a goal of the course by about 66% of all participants. As well as getting information about disease and having community support in the courses were considered very important. This goal was achieved by many of them, because they mentioned in the questionnaire that they are still keeping touch with other participants on a course.
