Tiivistelmä
This thesis focused on creating an adoption process to onboard new teams to working with modern project management SAAS system. The new system is in use in core Marketing teams, and this process focused on making sure that the Business Intelligence team is willing and able to work in this new environment.
This study is based on the conceptual framework that was created based on the literature — followed by a case study of a previous analogical system implementation process. The research was carried out through workshops and interviews as well as the co-creation workshops where the initial proposal was created.
The study revealed that the methods of change management models are quite similar to aspects of IT frameworks. This led to focusing on the roles, communication, the future state and objectives and goals of the adoption process. These topics are universal and can be used in any change management situation.
The outcome of this thesis was to create an adoption process that can be used to onboard new teams to a new way of working. This helps the case company to standardise change management situation.
