Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyössä käsiteltiin kitaransoiton harjoittelua ja soittajan hyvinvointia fyysisestä näkökulmasta. Harjoittelua keskityttiin tarkastelemaan harjoittelurutiinin kautta. This thesis focused on the practice of guitar playing and musician`s wellbeing from a physical point of view. Practicing was examined from the practice routine perspective. The thesis examined how a high-quality practice routine could be formed, and what kind of methods could be workable in teaching the practice. This thesis is concerned with what kind of approaches physical training can contain and how these ways can be implemented. An important question in the thesis was how practice should be formed and how to get the best out of your practice?
A questionnaire was conducted for the thesis, aimed at guitarists studying at the university of applied sciences. The questionnaire was used to find out how people practice and what is their practice routine like. The questionnaires were used to consider the significance of the different areas in the practice and the possible developmental aspects were examined from the point of view of guitar pedagogy.
