Den finska befolkningens åldersstruktur förnedras, det kommer att finnas allt mera äldre arbetare på arbetsmarknaden som bör orka längre i arbetslivet. För att Finlands arbetsliv skall var konkurrenskraftigt på arbetsmarknaden, är det viktigt att kunna utnyttja alla resurser som finns på företagen. Finland har satt upp som mål att vara Europas bästa arbetsmarknad före år 2020. Syftet med detta arbete är att kartlägga och utvärdera hälsofrämjande aktiviteterna på företaget. Med avsikt på att se vilka hälsofrämjande aktiviteter som finns och utvärdera vad personalen tycker om dessa. Metoden är en kvantitativ enkätstudie av företagets hälsofrämjande aktiviteter. Resultatet av enkätstudien har speglats till teoretiska referensramen och arbetsförmågahusets struktur för att få en helhets syn av hälsofrämjande aktiviteterna på företaget. Resultatet tyder på att det finns olika typer av hälsofrämjande aktiviteter på företaget som inriktar sig på individ-, team- och organisationsnivå. Största delen av aktiviteterna inriktas till individnivån. Personalen anser enligt resultatet att det finns möjlighet till förbättring av tjänster men som helhet är personalen nöjd med hälsofrämjande aktiviteterna arbetsplatsen erbjuder dem. Företagets hälsofrämjande aktiviteter är uppbyggt så att det stöder arbetsförmågan på företaget. Denna studie inriktas främst till företaget, för att kunna kartlägga och utvärdera företagets hälsofrämjande aktiviteter. The age structure of the Finnish population is deteriorating. During the years to come there will be increasingly older workers in the labor market who should be able to stay longer in working life. In order for Finland's working life to be competitive, it is important to be able to utilize all the resources available at companies. Finland has set itself the goal of being Europe's best labor market by 2020. The purpose of this work is to map and evaluate health-promoting activities at the company. The intention is to analyze what health promoting activities are available and evaluate what the staff think about them. The method is a quantitative survey of the company's health promotion activities. The outcome of the survey has been reflected in the theoretical reference framework to get a holistic view of health promotion activities at the company. The result indicates that there are different types of health promotion activities at the company that focus on individual, team and organizational levels. The majority of activities are however focused on the individual level. The staff believes that there is a possibility of improving services, but as a whole, the staff are satisfied with the health promotion activities the workplace has to offer. The company's health promotion activities are structured to support the workforce of the company. This study focuses primarily on the company, in order to map and evaluate the company's health promotion activities.
