Tiivistelmä
Opinnäytetyömme aiheena oli Karelia-ammattikorkeakoulun oppimis- ja palveluympäristö Voimalan markkinointiviestinnän kehittäminen ja jatkuvuuden varmistaminen liiketalouden harjoittelujaksojen avulla. Työmme tarkoituksena on mahdollistaa nopea perehtyminen tuleville harjoittelijoille Voimalan viestintään ja sen haasteisiin samalla luoden erilaisia markkinointiviestinnän materiaaleja. Opinnäytetyömme toiminnallisessa osuudessa loimme toimeksiantajan toivomusten ja harjoittelujaksosta saatujen kokemuksien perusteella käytännöllisiä työkaluja markkinointiviestinnän aikataulutukseen ja toteutukseen.
The aim of this thesis was to improve Voimala’s marketing communications and to ensure its continuity by taking advantage of the practical training period included in the business economics education. Our goal was to create an easy way for the new trainees to familiarize themselves with the current state of the marketing communications in Voimala. Our work also includes different sorts of marketing materials that the new trainees can use when promoting Voimala. The practical part of our thesis includes a varied selection of tools that were developed with the Voimala coordinators wishes in mind. The creation of these tools was also influenced by the experiences one of the authors acquired from his practical training period.
