The objective of this study is to show existent relationship between the Supply Chain management and the Corporate Social Responsibility. The socioeconomic environment in which evolve firms deeply evolved these last years. Indeed, companies have to face up an increasing competition and handle the pressure always stronger exercised by stakeholders and authorities, which encourage them to turn to the sustainable development. They have to search permanently for economic performance while including into it social and environmental aspects become inevitable. Having a central role into the value creation of a company, the Supply Chain management seems to be the key to meet legal requirements. We are therefore going to study organisational changes caused by the implementation of sustainable Supply Chain within the firm as well as to try to know if the CSR policies, firstly perceived as a constraint for firms, can turn out to be source of competitive advantage.
