Tiivistelmä
The purpose of this thesis is to create a survey about the case company’s product, video marketing. Then after the survey has been spread to the target audience examine the effects of the survey.
The thesis examines the possibilities of how email surveys affect the target group’s interest in the service offered to them. The use of Socratic debating and selling meth-od is examined for the theory part and later used in the application part. The thesis also examines the case company’s target group entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurial thought process will be analyzed to see how entrepreneurs think.
The practical part of the thesis is used to create an email survey campaign for the company. The email-campaign is designed using surveymonkey.com’s 4-step guide on how to create an email-campaign. The survey is constructed out of questions the case company wants to know from the target group. A follow-up plan for the case company will also be given on how to use the data the survey gave as content and how to proceed with it.
