Tiivistelmä
This thesis focused on identifying and researching the internationalization
strategies that Lenovo, a Chinese electronics company used. Its experience in
succeeding in the international market made it a great example for other local
enterprises that also want to achieve in the international market, to study.
The objective of the thesis was to study the most important strategies Lenovo used
that helped the company to achieve its internationalization, furthermore the
consequences of implementing those strategies in market.
From the thesis, people will have a comprehensive understanding on
internationalization strategy. In addition, companies can learn from Lenovo how
to select suitable internationalization strategies and implement them.
