Tiivistelmä
Tämän projektiluontoisen opinnäytetyön aiheena oli tehdä kansainvälisen vaihto-opiskelijan opetus- ja ohjaussuunnitelma Satakunnan keskussairaalan osasto M4:lle. Projektiin sisältyy myös opiskelijalle tarkoitettu taskuopas, jossa on asioita ohjaus ja opetuskansiosta. Taskuopas toimii myös eräänlaisena tehtäväkirjana, johon opiskelija saa itse hankkia tietoa. Satakunnan keskussairaalan osasto M4:n osastonhoitaja toivoi englanninkielistä perehdytyssuunnitelmaa, koska osastolla ei vielä ollut sellaista ja sille oli selkeä tarve. Projektin edetessä perehdytyssuunnitelma laajeni opetus- ja ohjaussuunnitelmaksi. Projektin päätarkoitukseksi tuli tuottaa englanninkielistä materiaalia ohjaus- ja opetustapahtumiin. Opetus- ja ohjaussuunnitelman pohjana käytettiin Satakunnan keskussairaalan hoitotyön klinikkaopettajan laatimaa opiskelijaohjaussuunnitelmaa, jotta tuotokset pysyvät samansuuntaisina. Suunnitelma sisälsi yleisinfon, tietoa sairaalahygieniasta, juridiikasta ja hoitotyön perusosaamisesta sekä työelämä- ja yhteistyötaidoista. Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulun sosiaali- ja terveysalan kansainväliset opiskelijat arvioivat sekä opetus- ja ohjaussuunnitelman että taskuoppaan. Arviointikyselyyn vastasi 12 opiskelijaa (kyselylomake, liite 2). Vastaukset käsiteltiin Tixel-ohjelmalla. Tulokset esitetään graafisina kuvioina kohdissa 7.4 ja 7.5. Opiskelijat arvioivat, että opetus- ja ohjaussuunnitelma ja taskuopas olivat selkeitä, helppolukuisia ja niistä olisi hyötyä harjoittelussa.

The purpose of this thesis was to make a teaching and guidance plan for international exchange students in Satakunta central hospital ward M4. The project also includes a pocket guide for students with things from teaching and guidance plan. A pocket guide also serves as a kind of document to which the student may acquire self-knowledge. Satakunta Central hospitals ward M4 requested for an introduction plan in English, because there was a clear need for it as the internationality is increasing also in nursing. As the project advanced, the introduction plan expanded to a form of teaching and guidance plan. Finally the main purpose of the project was to create English-language material for teaching and guidance purpose. This teaching and guidance plan is based on the guidance plan for students, which is made by the clinical teacher of nursing in Satakunta Central Hospital. The basis was used to ensure that the product remain parallel. The teaching and guiding plan contained general info, information of hospital hygiene, law, nursing skills and work community skills. The international Social and Health students in Satakunta University of Applied Sciences evaluated the teaching and guidance plan as well as the pocket guide. Evaluation questionnaire was answered by 12 students (questionnaire, appendice 2). Replies were handled with Tixel-program. Results are presented graphically in paragraphs 7.4 and 7.5. According to the students the teaching and guidance plan and the pocket guide were clear, easy to read and would be useful in training.
