Tiivistelmä
The subject of the study was to find out the customer satisfaction level of the students at the Euro-Lingua language school in Fuengirola, Spain. The questionnaire was given out to 48 Spanish language students at the language school in spring 2010. The aim of the questionnaire was to find out basic information about the customers, as well as their opinions of the services offered. They were also asked what extra-services and changes they would like. The result of the study was positive, although the customers were also open to future changes and additions to the service. The theoretical part deals with customer satisfaction in general, as well as research methods and gives a review of the history, trends and figures of language travel.
