Tiivistelmä
This Masters thesis written as a literature review of relevant concepts and also as a description of original analysis and research strives to discover both the comparability of Transformational Leadership profiles when analyzed with differing AHP tools and also analyze the Reactor model in Transformational Leadership by comparing the Transformational Leadership tendencies of Reac-tors to Defenders, Analyzers and Prospectors.
