Two headlines on each bifolium. The form of the headline on f. 3v suggests that the documents were attached to their wrapper in Finland, see Haapanen 1922 p. XXIV F. 2'"Breefve Register afFEspo, Kyrckeslet, Siundo och Loyo Sochner pro Anno etc 75 [...]".Along with the headline, there are some scripts in Latin (pen trials ?), and pictures, e.g. a symbol indicating Christ's five wounds. The cult of quinque vulnera is welf known from late medieval Finnish sources, but the symbol depicted here is not necessarily a reflection of liturgical observance. Some sources: F.m. I Nos. 137,199 and 320. Em. II Nos. 115 and 117. Missale Aboense 1488 pp. 476-478 includes mass without sequence. HUL, F.m. Missale Aboense 6 p. 530 (addition in the margin) gives the sequence Ave dextra manus. Melander 1936 p. 62 mentions a manuscript fly-leaf (15th-century gradual) in the Turku University Library (the Library of the Finnish University in Åbo) containing "De quinque vulneribus officium". On the cult: Gummerus 1913 p. 84, Malin 1925 p. 248, Schalin 1946 p. 135, Björkman 1957 pp. 116-117, Nygren 1957 facing p. 104, facing p. 145 and p. 147, Lindgren-Fridell 1964 cc. 320-324, Pylkkänen 1970 pll. 69,119 and p. 247, Parvio 1984 p. 188,Äikää 1995 pp. 188,303. F.4" 3361 "Mattzskåttz Register vtaff Raseborgz Län pro Anno etc 1575"."Ittem vtspisningz [...]". "No 6". An older headline is dimly visible behind this one.
